Former Napoli and Lazio striker Bruno Giordano has expressed his awareness of what Inter coach Antonio Conte has achieved in football.

Speaking to Italian media outlet TMW, Giordano analyzed tomorrow’s Serie A clash between Inter and his former side Lazio at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in Milan’s San Siro district.

Simone Inzaghi is now an expert coach. He’s the coach that has been the longest with his current team.

“Conte, first with Juve, then with Italy and Chelsea has achieved a lot. Simone has reunited the environment, won cups, brought Lazio back to the Champions League.”

“A great job has been done, they are very similar in some respects” said the former Italy international.

The two teams will face off tomorrow night with kick-off scheduled for 20.45 CET ahead of a huge clash that could be crucial for both teams objectives this season.

Lazio will be hoping to carry on their charge for a Champions League place in next seasons competition as they managed to do successfully last year.

Inter have a more important objective in mind with the race for the Scudetto starting to heat up with the Nerazzurri challenging AC Milan and Juventus to see who will take the top spot.

Inzaghi and Conte will be aware of the tough test both teams face tomorrow night in Match Day 22 of the current Serie A season, but both managers will feel confident they can gain a positive result.
