More could be known about the future of Inter target Nahitan Nandez soon, with the Nerazzurri set to meet with his current club Cagliari early next week.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that another round of discussions is planned which could shed more light on the situation of not only Nandez but also Inter striker Andrea Pinamonti.

Inter have stepped up their interest in Nandez this week, with personal terms thought to be agreed with the player, although talks have not yet resulted in an agreement for the 25-year-old’s move.

The Nerazzurri will hope that talks next week can bring them closer to such an agreement, with the possibility of Pinamonti going the other way also slated to be a part of negotiations.

Pinamonti is being tracked by clubs in and out of Italy, with French side Nice having emerged as a suitor in particular, but Cagliari are among the clubs who like the player, and he could be included in the talks for Nandez.
