Inter are looking to build a team for the future and focusing on younger players who can add quality not just in the short term but also form the foundation for success across seasons to come.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who highlight how some of the Nerazzurri’s transfer business and the players targeted by the club show a commitment to younger players.

Lorenzo Lucca, age 20, has emerged as one of the Nerazzurri’s long-term targets, with the young Pisa striker’s form since joining from Palermo in the summer attracting a number of suitors, and causing Inter to seriously consider moving for him in the future.

Meanwhile, two young Sassuolo forwards in the form of 21-year-old Giacomo Raspadori and 22-year-old Gianluca Scamacca are major long-term targets for Inter, with the former in particular always on their radar.

Nice forward Amine Gouiri is yet another younger attacking target for Inter, with the 21-year-old thought to be valued at €30-35 million and with a high potential level.

There are also a number of young attackers within Inter’s own ranks, with the likes of Samuele Mulattieri, Eddie Salcedo, Andrea Pinamonti, and Sebastiano Esposito all having impressed on loan, while Martin Satriano is already a part of the Nerazzurri’s first-team setup.
