Marcelo Brozovic is not the only Inter player that is involved with difficult contract discussions with the club right now, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported in the print edition of Corriere dello Sport, Stefan de Vrij, Federico Dimarco, and Milan Skriniar are also being offered new deals by the Nerazzurri executives but the discussions may not be very simple.

Marcelo Brozovic is out of contract in June 2022 so his negotiations are now a matter of urgency for the club, with offers from other European clubs likely to come in soon for the Croatian.

As for the three defenders, their current contracts run until June 2023, giving the club a bit more time. It is still standard practice though not to let the contracts of important players get into their final year.

These players are being looked at by other teams which could lead to difficult contract negotiations.
