Inter have not only taken defender Milan Skriniar off the transfer market, but they have also made the decision that wingback Denzel Dumfries won’t be sold.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the Dutchman is an important part of the plans and the club have decided that they are not interested in selling him any longer despite the interest from Chelsea.

Inter look to be ready to close the transfer window without making a big money sale of a player from their starting eleven despite the expectation at the start of the summer that such a transfer would take place.

The club have already taken a decisive stance to reverse their earlier willingness to sell Skriniar if the right offer comes along, but this does not just apply to the Slovakian.

Dumfries is another player who the Nerazzurri are now committed to keeping a hold of, and they will not listen to offers for the 26-year-old any longer.
