Pepe Reina is not available for tonight’s game against Arsenal. Napoli’s first keeper misses out on the decisive group stage game in the Champions League after already missing the team’s last league game against Udinese. Now the Spaniard is in doubt for the game against Inter because of this old muscular injury that needs attending to. Reina should not be able to recover before the weekend and therefore the Brazilian keeper Rafael will probably be between the posts against Inter at the San Paolo.
