Inter Milan are set to agree a new main shirt sponsorship deal with either Qatar Airways or Turkish Airlines worth €30 million per season.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, via FCInterNews, who report that Qatar Airways are the favourites to replace DigitalBits permanently next season as the talks reach an advanced stage.

Finding a new main shirt sponsor has been one of the major priorities behind the scenes for Inter.

The DigitalBits situation this time around has been nothing short of a debacle. The Nerazzurri, as well as Roma, have removed the cryptocurrency company’s logo from their shirt for the last part of the season.

This has been in response to continued nonpayment by DigitalBits of amounts owed on main shirt sponsorship deals.

For the final Serie A match of the season, Inter played with the logo of streaming service Paramount+ on their shirts. They will also do the same in the Champions Legaue final against Manchester City next month.

Moreover, Paramount+ will become the Nerazzurri’s back shirt sponsor next season, replacing Lenovo.

Qatar Airways Favourites Over Turkish Airlines To Become New Inter Shirt Sponsor

The big question, however, concerns who will become the main shirt sponsor next season.

According to Tuttosport, Inter are in talks with two different airlines.

The newspaper report that Qatar Airways are the favourites. However, Turkish Airlines are also still in the frame as the club continues talks with both brands.

The talks are getting close to their final stage, Tuttosport. Right now, Inter’s priority is in preparing for the Champions League.

However, it will not be too long before a new agreement is reached.

According to Tuttosport, Inter will meet their target of a deal worth around €30 million per season. This will be the case whether they partner with Qatar Airways or Turkish Airlines.
