While trying to unlock the incoming front, Inter Milan are closing in on several low-profile sales, with Filip Stankovic and Alessandro Fontanarosa wanted in Serie B.

According to FCInterNews, three Primavera starlets are close to leaving Giuseppe Meazza for regular first-team football elsewhere.

Senior goalkeeper Ionut Radu is also on his way out. Signed from Genoa in 2019, the 27-year-old’s career at Inter has never taken off.

After five loan stints in Serie A and abroad, the Romanian ace is ready to leave the Nerazzurri permanently.

Ligue 1 side Strasbourg are keen to bring Radu back to France, where he played for Auxerre in the second half of the 2022/23 season.

Strasbourg and Nantes are going head-to-head for Radu’s services.

Inter will not stand in Radu’s way as head coach Simone Inzaghi doesn’t see him as part of his plans for the upcoming campaign.

Three more departures will follow Radu’s exit.

Inter Milan Close to Offloading Stankovic, Fontanarosa & Di Maggio

Inter must raise funds to reinforce Inzaghi’s squad down the final stretch of the summer transfer window.

With Joaquin Correa and Marko Arnautovic refusing to leave, they’ve turned to Primavera assets to make a profit.

Stankovic, who enjoyed a decent loan spell at Sampdoria last term, could stay at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris next season.

However, Sampdoria may need to beat French club Nantes to the 22-year-old’s signature.

After making a name for himself in Serie B, there’s no shortage of suitors for Dejan Stankovic’s son.

Serie B could welcome another Inter youngster.

Pisa and Reggiana have set their sights on Fontanarosa following the 21-year-old centre-back’s inspiring loan stint at Cosenza in 2023/24.

The last name on the chopping block is Luca Di Maggio.

The 19-year-old midfielder has drawn interest from several Serie C teams, with Ternana reportedly leading the race.

Di Maggio has come through the ranks at Inter, but stiff competition for places has derailed his first-team prospects.
