Inter Milan president Giuseppe Marotta is due to be awarded an honorary degree from the University of Milan-Bicocca toady.
According to what was reported in this morning’s Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews, Marotta will receive an honorary masters in Marketing, Corporate Communications and Global Markets.
The purpose is to celebrate the Inter president’s contribution to the world of sport and “commitment to developing young people.”
The ceremony will take place at 15:00 Italian time, as the Italian gets presented with his degree.

Marotta, 68, has had a lengthy career in the world of sport and the University of Milan-Bicocca aim to reward him.
The Italian had his first job in football at the age of 21.
His first role was Director of Youth Development for hometown club Varese.
A lengthy career saw him enjoy roles at Sampdoria and Juventus before joining Inter as sporting CEO in 2018.
In 2024, Marotta became president of the club following Oaktree’s acquisition of Inter from former owners Suning.
