After almost 28 months Inter manage to do under Mancini what Mazzarri never managed to do. The Croat opens the scoring then the Argentinian goes up alongside Tevez in the goalscoring charts.”
Corriere dello Sport  briefly states “Inter and Napoli, great wins! Mancini takes third victory in a row, Cagliari knocked out, European football close.”
Meanwhile Turinbased Tuttosport write: “Napoli celebrating, Inter’s blow lead them to Europe. The Sardinians wasteful, Icardi & Kovacic chastise them. Ex-player Longo’s goal makes Mancini restless. Financial Fair Play: decisive hours: Thohir – Palotta to feel the sting of UEFA?”
