Italian Newspaper Headlines: “Icardi & Inter looking to bounce back”

The frontpages of the 3 main Italian sportspapers are dominated by the midweek fixtures in the Serie A.

Gazzetta dello Sport’s frontpage states: “Inter try to relaunch themselves in the league. Tonight Mancini return to the city where he became great.”

Meanwhile Rome-based Corriere dello Sport focuses on how tight it is in the top of the Serie A: “Never seen a championship like this. 5 teams within 2 points. Mancini’s hunger: “We need to grow””.

Turin-based Tuttosport simply states “Inter to go for the top spot in the league.”
