Adem Ljajic spoke to Mediaset Premium after tonight’s win against Bologna where the Serbian international assisted Mauro Icardi to the only goal of the match.
“In the first half we played below par, at half-time we looked at eachother and in the end we managed to pull off a win. Now we’re looking forward to the Roma fixture.”
“I’ve always said that I prefer making assists than scoring goals, he had a better chance of scoring than I did as I could have missed. Now we’re top of the league but that doesn’t really mean much, we have to keep going match after match.”
“Me as a left winger? The coach changed formation today but what matters is the desire and spirit of the team. This is a role I’ve played and that I can play, but it’s the coach that decided and what matters to me is that I get to play. I’m happy because I miss playing matches.”
“The big teams manage to win even when they don’t play well, today we raised our level after half-time and especially after Melo was sent off which made us go out there with anger and this is what’s important. The game against Roma will be the perfect opportunity for Ljajic. He will be fired up against his old team. Nothing motivates more a player than the desire for revenge. So, I think Ljajic should start from the beginning.

are you drunk? Perisic has been doing fine so fare, always dangerous when getting the ball because of his speed and Ljajic did didn´t do anything until Melo was send off, but Perisic is helping out both in defense and attack!
No, I am not drunk. Perisic only did well with samp game. Inter need at least two guys that can hold the ball upfront. Given that mancini loves 3 mids formation, and we dont have a mid that currently can share jovetic’s work. I would say ljajic and jovetic is good at control game. During second half when small teams gets tired, game will become open. We accelerate our team tempo by subbing perisic and biabianey.

I did not say to play him as winger. And Mancio did play Perisic as AM most of the games either… Perisic need space, otherwise he will only waste his energy on defending ….
so you wanna go back to the dead boring 4-3-1-2, which doesn´t suit our full backs because they do not posses enough quality going forward – and therefore needs help from a couple of wingers!
I didnt see perisic can and I didnt see much quality from him when mancini put him in the middle… He is so much better on the wing such as samp game. My whole point was, if Mancini (becareful it is not ME want 4-3-1-2) wants to have someone play AM with jovetic, and icardi. Why not give ljajic a try? I dont want to see Perisic play out of position—– that is so frustrating. and I dont want to see him praised only because of his defensive contribution. That is just not worth the money and the time we ‘ve spent on him.
