Repubblica: Pioli expected to play a 4-2-3-1 vs. Cagliari

Inter manager Stefano Pioli is expected to play a 4-2-3-1 formation following its test against Roma last weekend. According to the Italian press, the lineup should be as followed. Samir Handanovic in goal, followed by a back four of D’Ambrosio, Nagatomo playing fullback, with Miranda and Medel playing as the center backs.

In the midfield, you should see Kondogbia, Brovozic and Gagliardini as the attack midfielders, with Icardi captaining the side up front as the lone striker.
