Joao Mario took to Instagram to share his disappointment at missing out on the Confederations Cup: “Unfortunately the bad luck knocked on my door. I am very sorry not to be able to represent my country in such an important event. From today I am more a fan of our National and I hope that eventually we can celebrate together. I’ll come back stronger than ever next season.”
