Incoming Milan Skriniar has been named in UEFA’s U21 European Championship Team of the Tournament. European football’s governing body had the following to say about the Slovakian’s tournament: “The centre-back’s controlled aggression and clean, clinical style underpinned his country’s challenge, helping take them to within a goal of a surprise semi-final place.”
Skriniar was one of two Serie A representatives in the team with Federico Bernardeschi being the other.
