We raised the possibility of this move two days ago, now Sky Sports gives the confirmation: Monaco are once again interested in Mauro Icardi. After Real Madrid rejected the French clubs proposal to include Alvaro Morata in the much discussed Radamel Falcao transfer, the Ligue 1 side are believed to be focussing on Inter’s number 9 for the second time this year. There isn’t an offer yet but it’s thought they will test Erick Thohir’s resolve by significantly improving upon the €22 million bid received from Atletico Madrid last week.
