On the official press conference, Frank De Boer answered a question from FCInterNews about the status of the left-out Brozovic:
Is this your revenge? For how long will Brozovic be left out of the squad? “I don’t want to talk about revenge, I can’t perform miracles. Tonight the performance of the players and the fans helped in believing what I’m doing. We have to work hard and we all want to perform well in any game, not just against Juventus. This is what I expect from the squad, to always improve. Brozovic? No one is bigger than Inter, we are in this together and if someone is not we need to send a signal to the group. It’s not only my decision, the entire club understands this.”
