After the injury Medel suffered during the last derby, he decided tohave a surgery and come back in the first months of 2017, instead of playing on the pain and do therapies match after match.
Earlier Today, Gary the pitbull Medel, had his surgery while the team is in Israel, and as it appears from his own Twitter, the operation went very well:
