Frank De Boer‘s agent Guido Albers spoke with the Scottish Herald: “Two years ago he was called by Liverpool and Tottenham, and I think for him it is important to take all the time he can. If he was not interested in working with Rangers he would say no right away, and he didn’t do that. If he’s okay to be approached by Rangers everything is possible. For now I am not saying that he wants to do this or do one thing or the next. Of course he refused some options before, but in May he will put all options on the table and we will take the decision. However, it does not depend so much on the money each club has, from his perspective, he’s looking at the quality of the players, things like that.”
