Franck Ribery spoke with Kicker and recalls the time he could’ve joined another club early on in his Bayern Munich days: “In 2008 or 2009 many clubs tried to sign me: Inter , Juventus, AC Milan, Barcelona, Real Madrid… during that moment I thought of changing team, but now I just have to say thanks to Uli Hoeness and Karl-Heinz Rummenigge who have often spoken to me. This will be my last club in Europe. I will play until my legs, my knees and my back tell me to stop.”
