Gianluca di Marzio reveals on his blog that Inter now have the full rights to Guarin after a meeting in the afternoon:

“First Inter need to settle their co-owned and partly owned players, and then there is the mercato. Inter are planning the next season and are now one player stronger. Fredy Guarin has been bought by Inter after a meeting in the afternoon. He’s now fully owned by Inter and was bought for 11 million euros. When he was first loaned to the team for 1.5 million euros the sum which Inter would pay if they wanted to buy him was 13.5 million euros. The Inter directors managed to get him cheaper than that. A new Inter begins with Guarin.”
