In an interview with IlSussidiario.net, the former Inter goalkeeper Gianluca Pagliuca gives his views on Sneijder’s situation: “Inter wants, and rightly so, to reduce costs, but the Dutchman still have one and a half years left of his contract and does not want to renew it with lower figures. Of course it would be better to resolve these issues privately, not publicly, but Inter might want to let the fans know that the player does not seem to be part of the new project. Many are critical and wondered why Inter did not buy Andrea Poli, so also Pagliuca: “He played very well, last year he was hampered by physical problems.
