Inter’s Joao Mario spoke to the Gazzetta dello Sport upon returning from the ICC in Singapore.

The Portuguese no.10 spoke about fellow countryman Renato Sanches’ link to AC Milan, saying: “Renato and I spoke about it after the Inter-Bayern game on Thursday. He’s young and strong. He wants to play with continuity and at Bayern there’s just a lot of competition everywhere, so, it’s tough. If he does end up joining AC Milan, he’ll be at a big club and I’ll have a bigger friend in the same city.”

Mario ended the interview by saying: “Milan are going to be strong but we have to worry about us and not think about them. We must continue to play like we did against Bayern and Chelsea.
