Federico Chiesa has a number of teams interested in his services including Inter according to his agent Matteo Materazzi.

“There are a lot of good possibilities [out there for him]. The boy wants to stay in Italy and Inter are very interested in the player but let’s see if Napoli become interested too. Going to Milan to play for Inter would be a solution he would like,” Materazzi said on RadioCRC.

Materazzi, who is the brother of former Inter defender Marco, then spoke on what he sees in the Fiorentina winger.

“As a footballer he reminds me of his father a lot, even if he plays a little different role.”

Chiesa is a product of the Viola youth academy and was subject to interest from Inter in the summer as well as in the past few weeks. Fiorentina’s leadership moved to deter interest by signing the 20-year-old to a new long term deal but their plan does not seem to have panned out how they would have wanted it.
