Tonight the San Siro will have a more modest attendance, according to pre-sale figures, at least 40,000-50,000 spectators will be present. Tickets are still up for sale on the Rossoneri’s website, Casa Milan or at the gates too.

Considering that many people are away for the Christmas holidays and both clubs, especially Milan, have not been very impressive lately, this can be considered a good turnout. Also considering that the third tier will in fact be closed.

Gennaro Gattuso and Luciano Spalletti have a very difficult task at hand, given their squads respective states. Fans will be expecting visible improvement from their teams before the league campaign starts again this weekend.
