Inter goalkeeper Samir Handanovic is one of only three Serie A based goalkeepers to feature in a list compiled by UEFA highlighting the best performers across Europe this season so far.

Top of the list are Marc Andre Ter Stegen and David De Gea who sit top due to having kept twelve clean sheets so far this season. The list takes into account the best performers in Europe’s top 5 leagues of Spain, Germany, France, Italy and England. Also to feature on the podium are Jan Oblak of Atletico Madrid, Edersonof Manchester City and Chelsea’s Thibaut Courtois. The only players to feature from Serie A are Pepe Reina of Napoli, Roma’s Alisson and Inter keeper Samir Handanovic. All three have managed to keep 9 clean sheets so far this season.
