In an interview with Ataque Futbolo, the president of the Argentinean side, Racing Avellaneda, Victor Blanco has confirmed that his club are guaranteed a percentage of any future sales regarding Argentine striker Lautaro Martinez, who was recently sold to the ‘Nerazzurri’.

Blanco stated in no uncertain terms that “Racing are guaranteed 10% of any future transfer fees should he leave Inter.”

The Argentinian international has made 25 appearances this past season for Racing scoring an impressive 17 goals and making 5 assists. This has prompted the Inter faithful to dub Lautaro to become present captain Mauro Icardi’s heir, should the Nerazzurri leave the club whilst others dream of the duo playing together.

Only time can tell how Martinez will adapt with his new club and Italian football but meanwhile the player himself posted a picture on his official Facebook account. It was the new 2018/19 Inter Milan home kit with his name on the back together with the number 10.
