Gazzetta dello Sport have heaped praise on incoming Inter signing Kwadwo Asamoah and highlighted what he will be bringing to the Nerazzurri.

“The former Juventus man can defend, he can attack and he knows how to shape his game to the opponent he is up against. He is faithful to tactical orders and he has the necessary experience that Inter’s Champions League campaign must have.”

The 29-year-old Ghanaian full back is set to join Inter on a free transfer following his decision not to renew his contract with Juventus, ending a six year spell with the current Italian champions and all that lacks is for Inter to officially confirm his arrival.

Confirmation of his move to the San Siro should arrive soon alongside confirmation of the signings of centre back Stefan de Vrij on a free transfer from Lazio and highly rated young striker Lautaro Martinez from Racing Club in Argentina.
