Inter target Malcom has arrived at Bordeaux’s pre-season training camp in Le Haillan after failing to show up on Friday, amidst rumours that he was pushing for a move to the Nerazzurri.

Gustavo Poyet’s side began preparation for the 2018-19 season on Friday morning with Bordeaux set to play their first official match of the new campaign at the end of July, in the second preliminary round of UEFA Europa League qualifying, but the Brazilian was not present for the first two days of training due to ‘family reasons’.

Club officials had assured reporters that the player’s absence had been accounted for and that Malcom would arrive as normal on Sunday, and pictures posted on the 20 year-old’s Instagram story on Sunday – in which he was watching the FIFA World Cup last 16 tie between Spain and Russia – appeared to confirm this.

Malcom is thought to been keen on a move to Inter after the Nerazzurri met with his agents at the beginning of June, but no agreement between the two clubs has been reached as of yet.
