Yesterday we reported that Palermo’s centre back Matias Silvestre expressed a desire to leave his current club for Inter. According to Radio Radio TV, Palermo’s president Maurizio Zamparini confirmed the deal. Moratti and Zamparini had a meeting yesterday where they discussed Silvestre:

“We met to talk about other businesses and then our discussion went on to Silvestre and I can say that we are on the same page to find an agreement.  I would say that the chances to close the deal are at 99%.  We will meet again. He will probably be  sold for 8-10 million euros.”
