Marco Branca confirmed to the microphones of Sky that Inter will give Wesley Sneijder a proposition to lower his wages, or to leave. Just like what happened with Julio Cesar last summer. Branca to Sky:

“Wesley is a part of our history, but we’re negotiating a necessary contract change with him. We want to give him and his entourage the time to value the proposition”

The situation for now is in stand-by, but the future of Wes will be decided soon, by himself and by Inter.
