SempreInter.com made an exclusive interview with Inter and Gli Azzurri central-defender, Andrea Ranocchia after he headed home the winning goal in the dying seconds of the Coppa Italia quarterfinal clash between Inter and Bologn at the San Siro last night.

– I’m happy to be scoring again, Ranocchia told SempreInter.com’s reporter Thomas Salme.

A happy but yet cool and collected Andrea Ranocchia spoke briefly with us after last night’s dramatic quarterfinal clash between Inter and Bologna which saw his Inter progress through to the semifinals of the Coppa Italia where they will face-off with either Fiorentina or Roma. Here’s what he said:

Andrea, congratulations on the victory and the goal. It was a very tough game which lasted the full 120 minutes, how do you feel after a game like that?

“I’m happy, I’m happy for the victory and I’m happy because I managed to score at the San Siro after quite a long time. Now we’ll rest and then we’ll think about Sunday since it’s a big game.”

Do you feel in form?

“Yes, I’m a little bit tired after these 120 minutes but we were able to comeback and morale is high since we managed to qualify for the semifinal which was our main aim.”
