It is offical. The penalty has been terminated. In the trial of the CalcioScommese Napoli were punished with two points deduction and bans on Pablo Cannavaro and Gianluca Grava. Now the two points have been given back, which puts Napoli on a solid 42 points and Cannavaro and Grava are allowed to play again.
