Inter has been offered Ortiz, but no intrest

Richard Ortiz, born in 1990 and plays for Olympia in Paraguay has been offered to Inter. He is a left winger. These reports comes from Corriere dello Sport today. Inter however are not interested in a purchase, since they’ve already bought Rodrigo Alborno, a purchase that has yet to prove his value.
