According to Corriere dello Sport it seems more and more likely for the medical doctor Franco Combi to be replaced at Inter.
“Among the more probable names is that of Daniele Casalini who worked with the Inter promavera team up until the year 2008 when Roberto Mancini, before he was sacked, wanted Casalini as doctor in the first team” writes journalist Andrea Ramazzotti.
