According to the journalist Ivan Zazzaroni Moratti is negotiating with a Kazak billionaire about selling Inter:

“Moratti is negotiating about selling Inter with a Kazak billionaire, an acceptable price and the assumption of the losses is what’s being discussed.”

According to Fcinternews the negotiations have been going on for a while. Moratti has opened up for minority ownership earlier this season and it’s most probable that this is what’s being discussed.
