Marco Andreolli would be a good summer signing for Inter, says Chievo Verona boss Eugenio Corini. The 26-year-old is expected to move to the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza on a free transfer once his present contract expires.

-He has an excellent physical structure. He’s also very good in starting play from the back, Corini told Sport Italia.

-He deserves the opportunity to play for a big club like Inter and, in my opinion, I think he is ready to do so.

The centre-back was actually signed by Inter as a kid in 2003 from Padova, but was sold to Roma in 2007 as part of the deal that saw Cristian Chivu move to the Beneamata.
