Gareth Bale has been likened to Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo by an Inter advisor, who says that the club would love to sign him.
Tottenham star Bale has been in good form this season. His stunning performances has led to speculation he could leave White Hart Lane if Tottenham do not finish in the top four. They are currently fifth, two points off Arsenal with a game in hand.
Regardless of their fate this season, Bale is going to be a wanted man this summer and Inter have liked him ever since his hat-trick against them in the Champions League back in 2010. And now Luis Suarez, who acts as an advisor to Massimo Moratti, says the club want to sign Bale.
-I have no doubt that after Messi and Cristiano, he is the most interesting player out there right now. I’ve seen him take free-kicks, and he’s like Cristiano, Suarez told Marca.
-I know my president well and if he could, he’d sign him for Inter. But he’s very expensive, isn’t he? £50m-£60m – that’s crazy.
