This season has been hard and painful in many ways. The injuries are eating up the bodies of our players and the hope of the fans. It is awful to go into a match against a Genoa that are looking at Serie B and think: “Well… maybe if were lucky.”
Inter’s squad enters the pitch, demoralized and hurt. Like a torn up pack of ragdolls. But they’re our ragdolls and I stand by them at all times.

Mateo Kovacic impresses as usual with his spend and his ability to believe in himself. Everything looks so easy and natural. I work at a school and I see kids playing football every day. Kovacic plays like a pro, but with the mentality of a child. I loves the ball and he’ll keep it to him, no matter what. Another player who did a good number today is Simone Pasa. Of course, no world class player, but stable and calm for his age (apart from the time where he got dribbled of by Juraj Kucka). Pasa have the physical size working for him, he may be a lot of thing, but he does not look like a 20-year old. But, big up for Pasa. But best on the pitch: Esteban Cambiasso

Schelotto terrifies me with his awful play, normally. Today, he was not as bad as he usually is. The will is the, but I’m not sure that it is enough really. He looks very very clumpsy, which is hard for me to say, because I always liked him but I’m not sure anymore. I don’t think he will be that much of a memorable player. Just like this very unmemorable game between Genoa and Inter which concludes at 0-0. Very boring, I must say. We all want this season to be over, the players aswell.

Last but not least, I want to praise Andrea Stramaccioni who have let 16 young players out on the pitch this season, in a debut for the first team: Kovacic, Benassi, Pasa, Forte, Garritano, Juan, Spendlhofer, Belec, Duncan, Livaja, Longo, Mbaye, Belloni, Romano, Bandini and Donkor. Well worth celebrating and the claims that Inter does not have a project or belief in their youth system, is diagnosed as bullshit!
