Valencia and French international central defender, Adil Rami, is thought to be one of the defenders which are highest om Mazzarri’s shopping list for the summer. The player himself says in an interview with French RMC that he has declined a move to Russian Premier League club Anzhi because he wants one of the biggest clubs in Europe: “I have been in contact with Anzhi. We haven’t discussed any details but I know that this is not what I want. I’m 27 years old, to go there would be like hiding behind a barrier. Today, I want to join a big club” the defender concludes refusing to follow Samuel Eto´o’s example whilst Inter continues to evaluate whether or not to make a move for him.
