Walter Mazzarri was officially unveiled as the new headcoach of Inter at Appiano Gentile and we att SempreInter.com were there to cover it. Our correspondent Thomas Salme asked Walter Mazzarri how important passion and commitment is to a manager beyond the tactical and technical perspective: “It’s very important, it is essential. You always have to try to separate yourself from the rest of the managers out there, to be a manager who stands out from the rest and be one that will be admired. If you manage to convey the right character, at a certain point the players play for you and if you can convey this the players will commit to the coach. It can make a difference.”
