Gino Peruzzi is close to signing for Premier League outfit Sunderland despite statements these past few days by the Argentinian where he expressed doubts as to whether or not he will make the move. According to Gazzetta.it Velez Sarsfield and Sunderland have a deal in place for the full-back, born in 1992, and the only thing missing before the deal will made official is for the English FA to approve the transfer.
