Inter’s young goalkeeper, Vid Belec, was interviewed by TuttoMercatoWeb regarding his decision to go on a season-long loan to Portuguese side Olhanense: “I chose to join the club because I know I will get a lot of first team football as well as being able to show off my skills. Also, Bessa is already there so I won’t be alone. Also the President of the club is Italian, I know I’ll like it there. Who out of Julio César, Toldo & Handanovic I’ve learnt the most from? Every year at Inter has been important for me. I’ve grown and I got along with everyone. This last year with Handanovic I’ve learnt the most, mainly because I’ve matured.”

Then he was asked which young player in Inter’s organization he thinks has the greatest chance to succeed: “It’s difficult to come up with a name but I’ll go with Khrin. He will have a great career. Return to Italy? I hope so, meanwhile I will give my all to make it here. Inter believe in their young players although many young players got to play last year due to all the injuries.”
