Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis chose to answer questions through his official Twitter account where he was asked why Julio César’s transfer to the club is taking such a long time before it is made official: “Julio César is something of a mystery for me. I still have to understand if he really wants to become a Napoli player. This is a fundamentally important prerequisite!”
