Tuttomercatoweb.it reports today that Inter will soon initiate negotiations with Premier League-club Southampton for their attacker/midfielder Gaston Ramirez from Uruguay. Contacts have already been established for the former Bologna-player and within a few days, the negotiations will start for real. Inter were interested in Ramirez last summer aswell.
