Gazzetta della Sport reports today that the negotiations between Sao Paolo and Inter have been on ice for sometime. The deal was set to a sum of 2 million euros for a loan, then a 5 million euro mandatory buy-out clause, where Inter are forced to buy the player next summer. Now, the deal might not happen at all, since Russian club Dynamo Moscow are prepared to pay even more to both the club and the player.
