The day after that the German tabloid Bild revealed that Arsenal will shortly snap up Brazilian midfielder Luiz Gustavo from Bayern Munich, the Daily Telegraph confirms the deal stating that if nothing unexpected happens, the player will shortly sign for Arsenal. The newspaper reports further that the negotiations with Bayern Munich have been concluded and that the transfer fee is believed to be in the region of 14 million Pounds or 20 million Euro’s. This will be the Gunners most expenceive signing this summer whilst Wenger & co await to see what will happen with Luis Suarez.
