George Atangana who is Ishak Belfodil’s agent talked to footmercato.net about why Inter chose to get Belfodil, and why Belfodil chose Inter:
“Ishak had a great season at Parma, a very impressive season. It is rare to see a young player like him do so well, so fast in a championship like the Serie A. Even if he could’ve scored more during the second half of the season, Inter was convinced to get him when they saw his performances. When a player like Ishak comes to a great club like Inter, what they first of all look at is his sportive qualities and this was the base to all decisions. Inter wants to focus on young players like Belfodil and Icardi who will substitute the older ones like Palacio and Milito. He accepted the project that Inter proposed to him directly and it was just what we were looking for.”
