The week of truth is here, or lets just call it the game of truth. Inter takes on the best team in the league at San Siro in a game that will show a lot of what this team can do this season. It is an important way because of many reasons, because of the history between the teams, because of the importance for the fans who see Juventus as their worst rivals. But mainly this game is important to get indications of how far this Inter can go.
After two impressive wins against Genoa and Catania, Inter face a game that will be quiet easy to analyze. If the team plays well, wins or gets a point from the game it might indicate that Inter could perform well this season. In difference from when Inter faced Juventus last season, the team reached a peak at that moment, now we are in the beggining of the season and the only distraction is the national team break. But now it is time for the players to show what they got and what they can give the supporters who once again have given Inter a victory outside of the field as the team which has sold the most season passes this season.
Over 30 000 season tickets has been sold and the game against Juventus will be sold out. The fans at the Meazza will deliver and now our hope is that the team will deliver as well. It is a hard game, everyone knows that. But no one expects Inter to go out and beat Juve easily. Juve is a team that has top class players on every position and a great coach, so it would be naive to expect an easy 3-0 win, but it isn’t forbidden to dream a little. More realistic is to hope to see a team whose players goes on the pitch to honor the shirt, the club emblem and the supporters in a game that means everything to us.
It’s less than four days left until Inter takes on Juventus at the San Siro. Big match sarà, good luck to you all.
