Parma President Ghirardi: “I’m sad for Moratti but…”

Parma President Tommaso Ghirardi was interviewed outside of Lega Calcio’s offices and was asked to give his thoughts on the change of ownership at Inter: “Personally I’m sorry to see Massimo Moratti leave. On the other hand it shows that we in Italy are becoming more interesting for the Asian market so we have to look at it from a positive perspective. Moratti is a very important person, his family has done a lot for Italian football. It’s sad but it’s always a good thing when important forces like this one get involved in Italian football.”
